B1A4’s Baro, SNSD’s Sunny, Choo Sarang and Choo Sung Hoon Participate in the ‘Love is Fun’ Campaign

Spreading love and sending smiles, B1A4’s Baro, Girls’ Generation’s Sunny, Choo Sarang, and Choo Sung Hoon participated in the ‘Love is Fun’ Campaign.

The children’s clothing brand, 0 to 7 – Allo & Lugh, kicked off its ‘Love is Fun’ campaign, presenting its ‘love’ t-shirts, which includes ten different kinds of designs for children as well as adults. Part of the proceeds made from the shirts will be donated to the Red Cross of Korea.

To help the campaign spread far and wide, Baro, Sunny, Choo Sarang, and Choo Sung Hoon stood as models, putting on bright smiles for the good deed.

“The ‘Love is Fun’ campaign isn’t just to simply buy t-shirts, but to spread the love within the family and to feel satisfaction in donating,” said Allo & Lugh. “Allo & Lugh will continue to open up different kinds of campaigns to keep the love spreading in the future.”

Allo & Lugh have previously held the ‘Red Cross of Korea – Single Mom Support Project’ for its 10th anniversary in 2013.

Sunny discusses working with Siwan, jealousy in Girls' Generation, + how long the group can last

Sunny recently sat down for an interview to promote the upcoming animated film 

'Rio 2' in which she voices the parrot Jewel, the wife of Siwan's character.

As the two had never met each other previously, 

Sunny revealed her thoughts on working together with Siwan for the first time:

 "We met each other to play husband and wife roles and then went to an interview together; 

it was really embarrassing and awkward."

 Before the interview, they had been complete strangers

 but after working on the same animation together, they became much more acquainted. 

She went on to praise her co-star:

 "He was very proficient, even in the ways he expressed himself. 

 He was sociable, good at managing the interview, 

and was comfortable to be around, so that was a relief."  

She was then asked if there was any jealousy among Girls' Generation members

 like there would be among siblings.  Sunny said, 

"I think we are different from siblings. 

When I was younger, rather than calling it jealousy, there was a time I concerned myself

 more with my personal ambitions, such as 'I want to do this,' 'I could do it better,' 

'I want to sing a lot of songs by myself.'  

Then, after we got to know one another really well and we came to like being one team, 

it was more like 'I think this person will do this part well.'

In addition, if we think that it will help Girls' Generation, we encourage one another."

In relation to how long the group might last, 

Sunny said the girls received this question ever since their debut and after a while,

 realized that they were indeed a generation and wanted to remain so forever.

SM Entertainment releases official statement about Tiffany & Nichkhun

SM Entertainment dropped its official statement on 2PM's Nichkhun and SNSD's Tiffany's relationship status. 

On April 4th, SM Entertainment sent a representative to admit that Nichkhun and Tiffany are a couple officially saying, "Girls' Generation's Tiffany and 2PM's Nichkhun are couple.

 They have been good friends for a long time, but started having deeper feelings for each other just recently."

 Other SNSD members like Yoon Ah and Soo Young recently confirmed their relationships with Lee Seung Gi and Jung Kyung Ho.

2PM’s Nichkhun and Girl’s Generation’s Tiffany Confirmed to Be Dating

Tiffany is the next Girls’ Generation member to be caught up in a dating scandal, and its with 2PM member Nichkhun.

Sports Seoul reported the news and photos of Nichkhun and Tiffany on a date. According to the report, the two were originally friends for many years, as they were idols who lived in the U.S. Friendship blossomed into love, and the two started dating at the end of last year. 

A mutual acquaintance was quoted on the couple: “Since Tiffany and Nichkhun are top hallyu stars they have been meeting very carefully. Reports that the two had been close for a long time are correct. Since the two have the similarity of living in the states, they started talking more and became friendly. However, they have only been dating for about four months.”

The two were seen dating on March 11 at an Asian fusion restaurant (see the photo here). They were being extremely careful about not being seen and drawing attention to themselves, but apparently their affection for each other could not be hidden. According to the report, Nichkhun and Tiffany seemed very happy during their dinner, laughing with each other occasionally. 

According to an industry insider, “Nichkhun and Tiffany were friendly even before their debuts. From what I know, they have been dating for four months. Because of their familiarity with American culture, they went from friends to lovers as they were able to support each other in difficult times.”

While the two come from different companies, SM Entertainment for Tiffany and JYP Entertainment for Nichkhun, their groups had worked together before. Girls’ Generation and 2PM were once models for the uniform brand, Elite. In 2011, Tiffany and Nichkhun were the MCs (along with Girls’ Generation’s Yuri) for a K-Pop concert in Thailand. Of course, as idols, they would see each other at music shows. 

Their respective agencies confirmed that these two top idols were dating. A representative for SM Entertainment told MydailyNews, “After being friends, the two grew closer to become lovers.”

A rep for JYP Entertainment told TV Report, “As the reports say, Nichkhun and Tiffany have been dating for about four months now. Please look towards them kindly.” 

SNSD's Jessica and f(x)’s Krystal to Star in New Program, ‘Cover Girl’

Jessica and Krystal, Jessica’s younger sister in f(x), will be starring in a new television program called “Cover Girl”. According to an official, “Cover Girl” will “air the sisters’ personal daily lives on the show, something they have never shown before.”

“Cover Girl” will air on cable channel OnStyle beginning in May. A timeslot and day of the week on which it will air are to be determined. Production for “Cover Girl” has already begun filming.

“Cover Girl” will be the latest in several projects with both Jessica and Krystal, who have worked together several times in the past for duets, endorsements, and performances in concerts.

Girls’ Generation to Conclude Promotions for ‘Mr.Mr.’ on March 30th

SM Entertainment has announced that Girls’ Generation will end promotions for “Mr.Mr.” on March 30th with a goodbye stage on SBS’s “Inkigayo”. Despite a short promotion period, Girls’ Generation thrilled fans with a series of exciting performances, beautiful outfits, and hilarious encore performances on Korea’s weekly music shows. Girls’ Generation also appeared on multiple talk, music, and radio shows, including “Radio Star”, “Healing Camp”, and “Yoo Heeyeol’s Sketchbook”.

Girls’ Generation made a long-awaited comeback on March 6th with “Mr.Mr.”, which has since won nine times overall on various music shows. The song marked an all-kill on Korean music charts and also topped iTunes charts around the world. The mini album also ranked 110th on the Billboard Chart. Finally, the “Mr.Mr.” music video, despite a delay, became the first K-Pop video this year to reach 10 million views. After its release on February 28th, the music video currently has over thirteen million views.

SNSD's Tiffany Attends ‘Steve J & Yoni P Fashion Show’ Event

On March 24th, Tiffany attended the “Steve J and Yoni P Fashion Show” event. Other stars who attended included Lee Hyori, Gong Hyojin, and Kang Minkyung.

The “Steve J and Yoni P Fashion Show” is being held as part of Seoul Fashion Week, which runs from March 21st to March 26th. The event is taking place at the newly opened Dongdaemun Design Plaza. Seoul Fashion Week looks to present Asian fashion trends to the world.

Girls' Generation had to shoot the MV again,'Who was the angriest?'

On March 11th, Yoona, Sooyoung and Hyoyeon guested on MBC FM4U "Park Kyung Lim's 2 o'clock date". 

The DJ asked mentioned about how they had to re-shoot "Mr.Mr" music video again and asked who was the most angry, to this the girls said that all of them were very annoyed by the incident.

 Hyoyeon said,"We had to prepare from the early morning and then shot it all day. Really felt like clenching my teeth" 

Sooyoung then said,"I had to shoot for the most scenes but they didn't come out much in the music video".

Meanwhile, Girl's Generation is currently actively promoting for "Mr.Mr" on all the music shows.
